| Hi everyone.
My name is Graham from Bolton, Lancashire. I’ve been absent from CB for about 35 years and decided to give it another go due to early retirement. I started out on AM CB and then later on legal FM CB and also did a bit of police scanning and earwigging on a Yaesu FRG7700. I then moved on to PMR446 years later and I now own a Yaesu FT60R and a few Baofeng UV5R’s, which leads me to where I am now. I’ve just bought a new CRT SS9900 and a Thunderpole Excalibur with a used SkyTronic 10A-12A power supply just to get me up and running and to get my interest back. I’m now looking forward to buying a decent SWR/Power meter and having a play with some home made dipoles.
I would also like a Charlie Tango call sign if anyone can point me in the right direction of the call sign list please? I understand there are a few problems with new call signs at the moment but do you chose one from a list or are you just allocated one? Would it be possible to request CT5866?
