I added an introduction to the old forum but never really acted on it after "life" got in the way, it has a habit of doing that.
I initially got into cb in the early 80's when my stepfather had a am cb in his lorry. I dipped in and out of the hobby until adulthood, when in the early 90s I got into cb more permanently.
I had a number of rigs during that era, my favourite being a President JFK. This one in the Black Country, I lived in West Bromwich then Dudley
I'm now living in Scotland, specifically Edinburgh
I'm currently getting back into cb, wanna try some hill walking and taking my portapac and a baofeng uv5r programmed on PMR
Also, on the old forum I don't believe I requested a call sign, would it be possible to have 108CT236?

Ps I went under a few handles as a kid but my main one as an adult was Ghostbuster, I'm probably going to revert to that
