Goggle suggests that the rumour was about the 4 meter FM radio & that they got that wrong, as it was FM & not SSB. http://cqhq.wordpress.com/2010/12/30/4-metre-multimode-from-china/ The four meter website has nothing about it, other than a discussion about the above posting. http://www.70mhz.org/forum/index.php?sid=fe05f1b8cbf9811452bc8bc9f708cc03 But there is a 4 & 6 meter FM handheld, so maybe thats where the rumour got complicated. |

ooops... http://www.70mhz.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2440 Dear Radiofriends, I've seen the design of a new DualBand Allmode CW, FM and SSB Transceiver for 50 and 70MHz. This Transceiver might be released in August or September. No more details available to me yet. Best 73 Rob PE9PE A later post suggests release date is now expected to be next April |
