I'm getting ready to pack it all in or go out fighting. Phoned up Wallace and Grommit (waters and stanton) at 16:30 to see if I'm missed their last delivery slot and I had. Lynches don't have what I want. I physically NEED a MFJ1025/1026 noise thingy as my bands are un-usable at the moment. I want to go round to my neighbours house and throw their tv onto the floor. So, complain about your noise and then shhh for a minute an look at mine. I've just done another sweep and it drops only in one place below 9+20 on 40m now ![]() ![]() Oh and ADD THIS... http://www.youtube.com/user/chrisc1985123#p/a/u/1/RlPpGYmrp-A Jeeez it fails soooo hard

Yup its the standby that is causing most of the issues ![]() I've got a bhi and its good but I can barely tell there are signals there. I'm tempted to work mobile from the end of the road as the noise drops right away. I'm just hoping that if I phone up lynches tomorrow they might have one and I can just drive there and get it. |

Well ofcom came and went (830pm last night till almost 10pm). The main noise on 40m was the laptop charger that i told my neighbours to throw away after giving them a spare one. They were rather difficult to deal with and they are still telling me the TV isnt causing any problems. They don't do CB so didn't look at the 28mhz section of interference that the tv causes. I can live with that though. 40m is now back to S4/5 of noise. |
