Thankyou to Simon in Essex (Top Fella) I am the owner of a Zetagi 501P 24Volt model now, I like the Zetagis over the RMs purely for the look of them.
I need a pair of HD Truck batteries that I think I have sourced.
A Zetagi 24-28 Volt (20 Ampere) PSU is a lot of cash.......unless a CTer has a mains 24V PSU up for grabs  .
The Anytone AT5555 modded by Hans should now be on its way home, hopefully in summer the Sirio Gainmaster will be over 100feet in the sky and I am installing a Maco Comet 6 element vertical/horizontal beam on the tower in summer too.
Just hope for some 10 meter action.........listen out for the station from "Bomber County" ;)

£430 for a RM amp, who in there right mind would pay that  ? £120 is more like the price, obviously at this price its going to be second hand, but as there are no 'twiddly' 'turny' things inside these amps most are untouched apart from power lead mods, and as a transistor is either working or not , if you piock one up thats working its as good as new really. so there a cheap start point for moding.

Ive aquired a large heatsink for mine 1ft long by 7 inch wide, with 1- 1/2 inch high fins. so i can now start to make it a multiband amp, im now looking for a 50 amp switchmode supply for it, to incorperate into the enclosure to make it a base amp.
